Q: How does Scentsy work?
A: The Scentsy warmer uses a low watt light bulb to heat the wax and emit fragrances throughout your home. Because of the low heat of the bulb, the wax never gets hot enough to burn so it is safe to use around children and pets. All you need is one cube of wax from a Scentsy bar. Place cube it in the warmer, turn the warmer on and enjoy the wonderful aroma of Scentsy.

A: Scentsy uses key fragrance oil, which is the highest grade of oil before processing. The oils used in Scentsy products do not contain phthalates.
Q: How much wax do I need to use in my warmer?
A: All you really need is one square of a Scentsy bar to get a great smelling home. Scentsy Bars are packed full of scent, we recommend starting with only one cube from the bar. You can always add a second if needed.
Q: How long does the wax last?
A: One Scentsy bar can last anywhere between 60-80 hours depending on a variety of factors, including: the size of room, ceiling fans, the room temperature, and even your own personal sense of smell. Some fragrances might have a lighter aroma to you than others, we offer over 80 unique scents for you to pick from.
Q: What do I do when the wax runs out of fragrance?
A: Once your wax runs out of fragrance you have two options. One, while the wax is still liquid, you may pour back into the original container to let harden and dispose of. Two, you can turn off the warmer, allowing you wax to harden in the warmer dish and then “pop” the wax out with a gentle push of your thumb. Simply wipe out the warmer top with a paper towel and you are all ready for your next scent!
Q: Can I change out scents or do I have to wait until the one I am using runs out of fragrance?
A: You may change scents at any time. Same as above, you can pour the liquid wax back into its original container to harden again and use again later. Simply wipe out the top of the warmer with a paper towel and you are ready to put in a new scent.
Q: How long can I leave my warmer on?
A: You can leave the warmer on as long as you like. There is no flame, so there is no fire hazard and the wax warms to slightly above body temperature.

A: You can buy Scentsy online 24/7 and it will ship right to your door. You can also call a Scentsy Consultant to order by phone. Scentsy is a direct selling company with a field sales force, known as Independent Scentsy Consultants, who sell our products through home parties, open houses, fairs and shows, fundraisers, and online. A: If you are buying Scentsy products from a local Scentsy Consultant you can pay for your order with cash, a personal check, or a credit card. Online orders require payment by credit card. Scentsy accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Q: What is Scentsy’s Return Policy?
A: Scentsy does not extend cash refunds for any reason. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason you may return the unused product for replacement or exchange, within 30 days of when the product is received. You cannot return used products for replacement or exchange. Your products are covered by a lifetime warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. If you experience any technical or electrical problems with your products you can contact me to see if they are covered by the warranty.
Q: How come I cannot get the same promotions and discounts when I order online as I can when I make personal contact with a Scentsy Consultant?
A: Each Scentsy Consultant is allowed to offer his/her own personal promotions to their personal customers. These discounts are not offered by Scentsy Corporate; you must make personal contact with the consultant in order to receive discount or promotion. Q: How much is shipping?
A. Once you place your online order it will be printed off at Scentsy’s distribution center and ships directly to you from Scentsy’s distribution center. Your order will ship via UPS ground. When you order through a party or a consultant you have the opportunity to have it shipped to the hostess, consultant, or yourself.
Q: How can I earn free Scentsy?
A: Earning free Scentsy is easy! All you have to do is host a Scentsy party and invite everyone you know. Once your party reaches a qualifying order of $150 you begin to earn 1/2 price products and 10% credit towards your own Scentsy purchase.
