A Quick Overview of Your New Scentsy Business….

You will also have access to online trainings and tools that will help you to organize and grow your business.  All new consultants have the option to try out their own personal website free for three months.  After the free trial period you will be charged only $10 a month if you choose to keep the site.  Scentsy also offers free credit card processing.  You place the orders as they come in, you do not have to invest in or manage an inventory.  As an Independent Consultant you are never alone.  You can contact your Sponsor with any questions or concerns or you can contact the Consultant Support Department from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. (MDT).

The amount of money you earn as an Independent Consultant depends on how much time and energy you want to invest.  Consultants make from 20% – 30% commission on their own sales and also make additional bonuses on the sales of other Consultants they sponsor.

You will make 20% commission on all sales to start.  Once you have reached your first $1000 in total sales (accumulmative) you will then advance to 25% commission on all sales.  If you reach $1000 in sales during your first month you will go straight to making 25% commission.  You also receive commission on any items you purchase for yourself, giving you a 20%-25% discount on your own products.  There are other opportunities to make more than your 20% or 25%. When you sell $2000 or more in any one month you will receive an extra 5% bonus.  There are no recruiting requirements. If you recruit people to join your own team you can begin earning a percentage of your team’s sales if you meet certain requirements.  You can earn from 2% to 9% on your team downline. Scentsy Corporate also offers incentive trips, prizes, giveaways, challenges, trainings, and leadership retreats.

To stay active as a consultant you simply place an order between July and December every year.  There are no recruiting requirements or minimum number of parties that you are required to do during one month.  The only requirements are: If building a team in order to keep your downline you will need to place a minimum order of $150.00 in a quarter.  If you do have a team downline, and want to earn a paycheck on them, you are required to do $500 in sales a month to earn on your downline. But remember you are not limited to just doing parties!  You collect orders, hold parties, do fundraisers, fairs and shows, online sales, and more. Simply share your passion of Scentsy with your friends, family, community, and others! You can gather orders and place yourself as the hostess too! We work with you to ensure your success!

Scentsy pays commissions by Direct Deposit onto a VISA debit card with a Scentsy logo on it.  You will automatically receive this upon enrolling.  Your commission will be deposited onto the card on the 10th of each month or on the following Monday if the 10th falls on a weekend.  You can use the card to make purchases or you can transfer the money from the card to a checking or savings account.    Signed purchases are free and so are transfers to a checking or savings account.

Once you sign up you will have access to your Workstation which is where you will place your orders.  Here you will find tons of information, like training, resources for your business, files and photos.  You will be able to personalize your own website here, making any need changes yourself.  Our team is computer literate and will help you get acquainted with your workstation.

To stay active as a consultant you have to sell at least $150 during one month every three consecutive months.  There are no recruiting requirements or minimum number of parties that you are required to do during one month.  The only requirement is the $150 during one month every three consecutive months.  You are not limited to just doing parties.  You may collect orders any way you want (as long as you are in compliance with Scentsy’s policies and procedures).  You can do fundraisers, fairs and shows, online sales, just collect orders on your own, etc.  You can also host your own parties whenever you want and you will be able to keep the hostess rewards for yourself whenever you host your own parties.

Once you sign up you will have access to The Workstation which is where you will place your orders.  There is also a training center with videos that have great ideas and tips for growing and improving your Scentsy business.  In addition to these training videos, Scentsy also offers weekly live trainings via a Webinar.  These occur on Tuesday Mornings.  If you are unable to attend the live webinar, the trainings are posted on the Training Center for you to view at your convenience.
